DO YOUR FEET HURT DURING OR AFTER DANCING?

Here is an analogy. Would you put poorly fitting tyres on your car? Similarly, when you dance, your feet are your tyres so look after them.

Pressure points in every pair of shoes will be different, so foot soreness is easily avoided.

If you are dancing for long periods of time or on floors in community centres that are not purpose built, simply change shoes every hour! It is good practice to always take two pairs to class or events.
